Orders usually leave the warehouse in 1-3 days if shipped by UPS ground. 

     When shipping is upgraded from ground (Next Day Air, Second Day Air... etc.) orders will leave the warehouse the next day.

     If your order is unable to be shipped within the given period, you will be notified of the situation and possible changes that can be made.

     For a tracking number, please contact us and we will supply it via email. 

     To return product, email us from our "contact us" link and we will supply a return label free of charge.
